Harmony Pilates CPH is located in a conference room at the hotel Scandic Sluseholmen. Each session focuses on strengthening core muscles and targeting smaller muscle groups across the body. Most members attend small group classes 2-3 times a week, and with consistent practice for 2-3 months, they can notice improved posture, reduced back pain, and relief from other discomfort caused by poor posture and muscle compensation.
Our 6-person small group classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings, totaling 8 sessions per week. Additionally, we offer special 5-person classes for parents on parental leave, where you can bring your baby along. These classes are scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Our dynamic mat work classes feature tools like the random ball, balance ball, magic circle, Pilates arc, gymstick, elastic bands, and more.
To join the training, all you need is workout clothes; we provide all the necessary equipment. If your baby needs to nap outdoors, please bring a baby alarm.

Pilates Matwork
Harmony Pilates Matwork is a safe and inclusive exercise for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or ability. It's about connecting your body and mind through precise and efficient movements.
Our instructors tailor exercises and movements based on each individual's physical needs. Members are encouraged to communicate with the instructors about injuries, concerns and targets.

Parent & Baby Pilates
Harmony Parent & Baby Pilates are designed programs for the adults, while they take care of babies. For the mums, the focus is on restoring posture changes. For the dads, we work on strong core muscles.
These sessions run with slow flow, and more attention to physical well-being and training needs. We provide dedicated support for postpartum parents, guiding them through their recovery and fitness journey.
