With over a decade of massage expertise and a profound passion for Pilates, Heng seamlessly integrates her background as a Physiotherapeutic Masseur and Injury Therapist into her holistic healing approach. Holding the esteemed title of "Comprehensive Pilates Instructor", she has honed her craft through self practice and teaching since 2019.
