Starting ideally from 8-12 weeks after giving birth, but hey, everyone's unique! Trust your doctor's advice and, most importantly, tune in to what feels right for your body.

In our supportive environment, we provide a secure, gentle, and effective method to restore energy, realign body posture, and improve overall well-being, with a specific focus on the pelvic floor, core muscles, and lower back.

In 4 transformative sessions, we guide you beyond physical recovery to renewed confidence, improved posture, and a refreshed body and mind. Happy mom, happy baby.

We offer ongoing postnatal courses with a safe and supportive setting, limited to 3-5 moms per course. This ensures personalized attention, allowing us to cater to individual needs and maintain a seamless class flow.
